  • CP Pig's Eye Yard, Pete (guest) wrote 18 years ago:
The outline in green is much too big for the St Paul Yard. For example, CP's yard does not extend to the Mississippi River. And in fact, the green outline includes yards owned by BNSF (to the north of CP's St Paul Yard) and UP (to the southwest of CP's St Paul Yard).

It's known as the St Paul Yard, not Pigs Eye Yard

Capitol Hill should read "Capitol Hill Gifted and Talented Magnet School".
  • Galtier Plaza, torridgustofsuns (guest) wrote 18 years ago:
Much of this information is incorrect. Galtier Plaza opened in 1985, not 1987. The towers are not strictly condominium use; Jackson Tower is about 50/50 split of condominiums and apartments, Sibley Tower is 100% apartments, and there are also 16 townhomes known as "On The Park" along Sibley Street. The Galtier Cinema stopped showing first runs in the late 90s (1999 to be exact), not the mid 90s, but did continue to show films through 2001. This description also leaves out the retail services which are in Galtier, which include LoTo (a restaurant/bar/coffee shop/bakery), a food court, Credit Union, salon, chiropractor, and convenience store. Galtier Plaza also includes a large 5-story YMCA.
